Well, aside from Urinetown which everyone is ecstatic for, we have two main shows a year and so much in between! We have lunchtime concerts for instance that everyone is welcome to attend, the International Women’s Day Showcase and an LGBTQ+ Showcase coming up relatively soon as well. This form and any further documents requested are in place to enable the events team to effectively provide support to all affiliated groups, ensuring events are legally sound whilst developing the skill sets of all affiliated student groups.įorms need to be approved by the Students' Union and the University of Nottingham and must be submitted in sufficient time for this to happen. The events process is in place to support and empower all student groups to run successful events. This form should help you to plan and think through all the details of your event from set up, through to clearing away health and safety considerations and budgeting. This form is for all affiliated society, sports club and other groups that are part of the University of Nottingham Students' Union who are running events.
